Last year I became enormously excited about the implications NFTs had for my art practice. NFTs allow the possibility to make manifest the plethora of Lenticular flip/animations I designed in the early 2000s. NFTs allow those parked imaginations to be made manifest in the Metaverse. Below is a collection of 4 of those early works, as they now existence as NFTs.
The images from this collection were taken whilst traveling through Europe at this time, the first Mandalas I ever created were from this creative time. They are light painting , open exposure photographs, capturing the energy of light. These images were used in a sculptural proposal put to the Christchurch Airport as a possible installation at the time of its rebuild. The project was called 'The 12'.
